Finca Garabato Albariño 2015

Tasting: A revelation for an Albariño, Adegas Valtea produce some expressions with extended aging on lees, which is quite unusual for Albariño. Rich, textural and broad, flavours of cooked red apple, delicate citrus notes, white flowers, white peach and herbs and minerals. Despite the added texturality from the extended lees contact, it still has Albariño’s trademark acid drive.
