Tasting: Red wines from Rías Baixas are a rarity, but plantings of red wine varieties are on the up. Light bodied as you’d expect from this area of Galicia, fresh and vibrant with red berry fruit, pomegranate and sour cherry vibes, bracing and crunchy acidity complements the grippy but light tannin.
