Super Héroe 2017

Tasting: Xosé Lois Sebio’s Viño de Encostas project focuses on fruit from old vines in vineyards that are farmed organically and biodynamically, often outside of traditional growing areas. This blend of indigenous red Galician varieties is light bodied, but with breadth and texture, with notes of violets, lilac, blackcurrants, black pepper, delicate incense like spices and slate. This the superhero we all need!
