Molinillo Rufete 2016

Tasting: Rufete, a variety that the up-and-coming Sierra de Salamanca region has taken as it’s great hope, and very well it is doing with it indeed. A wine of outstanding intricacy, light body, plush mouthfeel, nuanced, concentrated purple berry fruit, there are darker fruit elements here too, and notes of tar, balsamic and minerality throughout the extensive length.
