Tasting: Comprising of almost all of one of Galicia’s rising star varieties, Treixadura, with a little dash of Loureira this wine shoes a nose of cooked apple with honeysuckle blossom, on the palate it is concentrated yet refined, intense citrus, green apple and honeyed white peach.
