Tasting: This fresh, vibrant young Rioja is made partially by carbonic maceration, a vinification technique not many realise is a tradition in this part of Rioja. Zippy blue and red berries pair with aromatic freshness for a light bodied Tempranillo where the elegance of the wine is allowed to shine through.
