Las Cabañuelas 2018

Tasting: Viñedos del Jorco is a project out of Cebreros in the Sierra de Gredos, a mountain range to the west and northwest of Madrid, becoming renowned for its ethereal expressions of Garnacha. Involved in this project of four friends Nacho, Flequi, and César, is legendary winemaker of the northwest, Raúl Pérez. Las Cabañuelas, their ‘village’ wine, is light bodied, bright and fruit driven with a supple, silky red berried palate, wild strawberries, herbs and balsamic edges.
