La Foradada de Frisach Blanc 2021

Tasting: Pleasantly natural and delightfully wild. It combines aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and fennel, intertwined with aromas of flowers and some creamy, earthy and herbal nuances. Very expressive and remarkably lively wine. Ripe yellow fruit, quince, some notions of aniseed and butter. Fresh and spontaneous, with vibrant acidity and a long finish with enticing mineral notes.
