Tasting: From Catalunya’s highest quality growing zone – Priorat, 130 kms southwest of Barcelona. Farmed organically, it has a punchy nose of black fruit, thyme and orange peel, the palate, ripe and powerful shows condensed bramble fruits, spices and well-balanced oak.
