Tasting: It's a dry sparkling wine (less than 12 g/L of sugar). On the nose, the primary aromas of white fruit, red fruit, and citrus stand out. The palate is elegant and balanced, with very pleasant acidity. The milky notes of yeast add creaminess, with hints of flowers and spices.
