Tasting: This blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng is made in the high plateau of Manchuela, 1050m above sea level where snow coats the vineyards in winter. A fuller bodied style with white apple flesh, pear and nuts, the winemaking imparts a little oxidative character, it is low in added sulphur and certified vegan.
