Abadia de Gomariz Souson 2017
Tasting: Beautifully complex on the nose, the Abadía de Gomariz opens up with a dark fruit bouquet of black cherry, black currant and liquorice; all of which mingle with earthy notes of tree bark, finely crushed granite, wisps of smoke and botanicals. The wine reveals itself on the palate as a full-bodied wine, with moderate tannins and a special grip, signature of the complex soils of the vineyard.
