Vins Nus are based on organic and biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentations, short macerations, minimal added sulphur and a less is more philosophy. Subtle, delicate and multi-faceted, elegant red berries with balsamic notes and garrigue herbs. Un-fined, unfiltered with no added sulphites.
