Santa María Cream

Tasting: A sweet blend of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, produces a delicious and complex cream Sherry. On the nose we see walnuts and figs, with an unctuous palate of hazelnuts, cashews, muscatel grapes, raisins and burnt demerara sugar.
