Micaela Pedro Ximénez

Tasting: Being based closer to the coast in Sanlúcar de Barremeda the wines of Bodegas Barón are a little on the lighter and fresher side. This is still unmistakably sweet and unctuous Pedro Ximénez, but a slightly lighter expression with delicious notes of toasted caramel, candied almonds, treacle and freshly baked Xmas cake.
