Cuevas de Arom As Ladieras Garnacha 2018

Tasting: Cuevas de Arom is a new project from the team at Bodegas Frontonio, working with cooperative growers in Ainzón, and utilising the old cement tanks underneath Cooperative Santo Cristo Ainzón to make wines in the traditional method of the area. A very elegant and fresh red, notes of rip black and red fruit on the nose, and a palate of juicy blackberries, compote of raspberries, stony minerality and mountain herbs.
