Vins Petxina Blanc Vi Espumos

Tasting: A very elegant and creamy mousse, buttery pastry flavours are backed by white pear flesh and toasted citrus. This certified organic sparkling wine (not classified as cava) has no added sulphites and is released un-disgorged with its lees from secondary fermentation still inside the bottle.
