Vins Nus are based on organic and biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentations, short macerations, minimal added sulphur, and a less is more philosophy. Forthright notes of subtle oak, toast and leather with a palate of ripe, spice dark berry jam with balsamic and chocolate nuances.
