Tasting: Yellow color with golden highlights. Medium aromatic intensity on the nose, mature white fruit, banana, herbaceous notes like fennel and aromas redolent of fresh quince. Fresh entry on the palate, good acidity and structure, wood and fruit in harmony, long finish with a mineral feeling.
