Tasting: From the southernmost subregion of Rías Baixas, O Rosal on the banks of the River Miño with the Atlantic Ocean to its west. The effect of the Atlantic is very prominent in this wine, bracing acidity frames a palate of outstanding fruit drive, intense lime citrus, oyster shell, minerality and salinity.
