Conde de Caralt Brut Nature

Tasting: Pale yellow, with green glints, large bubbles, and a satisfyingly substantial mousse sparkling wine.  Refreshing orchard garden aromas of apple, grapefruit, grass, and lime, with delicate floral and watermelon notes. Very dry, fruity, and beautifully balanced, the very exemplar of a sparkling wine. Truly effervescent and fresh without excessive sweetness, and with a tangerine finish leaving a satisfyingly subtle bitter aftertaste.
