Tasting: It's a dry sparkling wine (less than 12 g/L of sugar). The nose stands out for its fresh notes of apple and lime. The background of pastry, hazelnut, and yeast complements the touch of white flowers on the finish. On the palate, it is refreshing, acidic and unctuous, with great breadth. Light-bodied, it is intense and fruity.
