Bodegas Vinifícate started in 2011 by brothers Míguel and José Gomez Lucas in the town of San Fernando, Cádiz.  

After graduating from studying chemistry, they decided to make wine without using any! They farm palomino fino, tintilla de rota and tempranillo planted on predominantly albariza soils with some on sand and chalk arena soil, they farm organically, follow some biodynamic principles, and use no additives with minimal intervention in the winery. Their vineyards total 5ha and are based in Chiclana, Sanlucar de Barrameda and Jerez de la Frontera.
